Hot Fudge Pudding
Blend:

  • 1 cup flour mix
  • 1 tbsp gluten free baking powder
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tbsp pure cocoa

    Stir in:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    Mix well and spread in a greased 8 inch pan. In separate bowl combine 1 cup brwon sugar and 1/4 cup pure cocoa. Sprinkle this mixture over top of cake batter. Pour over all - 2 cups hot water. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees - 45 minutes. This makes its own chocolate sauce. (Flour mix - 6 cups white rice flour, 2 cups potato starch flour, 1 cup tapioca flour)
