Blend:
1 cup flour mix
1 tbsp gluten free baking powder
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp pure cocoa
Stir in:
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Mix well and spread in a greased 8 inch pan.
In separate bowl combine 1 cup brwon sugar and 1/4 cup pure cocoa. Sprinkle this mixture over top of cake batter.
Pour over all - 2 cups hot water. DO NOT STIR.
Bake at 350 degrees - 45 minutes.
This makes its own chocolate sauce.
(Flour mix - 6 cups white rice flour, 2 cups potato starch flour, 1 cup tapioca flour)
