El Peto Products Ltd. is a 100% dedicated gluten free, peanut free and oat free swiss style/decent bakery. EL PETO puts the emphasis on nutrtional, natural products. In business since 1988, EL PETO is one of the pioneers on the Canadian Market. EL PETO prides itself not just to produce a gluten free product, but to produce a nutritious gluten free product with natural ingredients wherever possible. A whole grain brown rice flours instead of white rice flour, organic cane sugar or honey instead of white sugar, dark full chocolate instead of the lighter chocolate version gets preference. Where we can make a difference with extra nutrition we will.
