Code Dates on PiesPosted on Monday, March 03, 2008 Many of you products have best before dates on them but your pies only have an number, how can I tell when a pie is expired? Our pies have a Julian date above or below the UPC code, e.g. 07314 mean produced in 2007 on the 314th day. As these products are frozen, there is no best before date needed. A product like this is easy good for 5-6 months. Of course, any product that is eaten as fresh as possible is always best.
