Can celiacs eat dairy, in particular butter?

Some celiacs can eat dairy. Some have an allergy to milk as the enzymes that break down the milk are located at the tip of the villis. Many celiacs that experience a milk allergy can later go back to have dairy products. Some remain sensitive to it.
