making pastry
Can I substitute your all purpose flour mix in a regular pastry recipe, or do you have a special recipe that you recommend?
Our all purpose flour replaces 1 cup of regular = 3/4 of EL PETO all purpose flour
We also carry a gluten free pie dough mix - a quite inexpensive alternative to our finished pie dough
