If a person is wheat and gluten intolerant is it for sure they have Celiac Disease?

  • A person that demonstrates an intolerance to wheat and gluten should ALWAYS have a blood test done. If positive, there should also a biopsy take place. Make sure YOU ARE NOT ON A GLUTEN FREE DIET before you have any of the above test or your test will be NEGATIVE.
